Removing subtitles?

You can toggle off the ‘Show captions by default’ option in your videoask settings. Respondents will still be able to enable captions manually if you have the video controls enabled, but they won’t display automatically.

Here is a help center article which shows how you can turn this setting on, so you should be able to follow those steps and toggle the setting off instead (so it’s grey instead of green).
