We are having an issue where our videoask will restart if it gets close to the time limit. However, its only doing that on mobile. Is there a reason for this?

This might be one for the support team as it sounds a little buggy have you noticed it happening on particular mobile devices (Android/iPhone) or in particular browser views?
Are you just sharing the link to the videoask or is it embedded somewhere?
