Utm Parameters in Results Database

Hey Everyone,

we want to experiment with videoask as an alternative Lead-Form Funnel.

Currently we are either using our own funnel or heyflow.

in both solutions i can send utm parameters back to the database when the form is submitted,

Database might read for example
name   answer1     answer2     utm_source  utm_campaign
Heupel    yes              no              google            testcampaign
Karl         no                yes            facebook        newtestcampaign

 

how to i get utms to show in the funnel results and zap them over to a table or db?

Hi @Karl Heupel, great question!

I recommend checking out this guide on how to create variables for your videoask.

Once you create a variable (parameter), VideoAsk will save the unique values you assign for each respondent. You can then retrieve those values in Zapier or via webhook whenever you receive a new response.
