VideoAsk to AirTable using AirTable webhook & automation

Hi,

I am about to start a project and wanted to confirm my understanding. Is anyone able to confirm if I am right that I could use an AirTable webhook with AirTable automation to pull across new VideoAsk testimonial data to AirTable?

I’m hoping to use this route as an alternative to using Zapier etc unless there are other limitations to this approach.

Hi @Donna! Thanks for writing in with your question.

While I haven’t personally used AirTable webhooks, it should be doable! I assume the process would look like the following:

You generate a webhook in AirTable, which gives you a URL
You add that URL in the Webhooks section of your videoask (under the Connect panel)
Whenever you receive new responses in that videoask, they’ll be pushed to AirTable
