X pixel integration with Videoform | Community

Hi everyone. I am looking to run ads through x and using my videoask I created as my landing page to qualify and get new leads. I was looking for help with integrating X pixel to my videoask. Can anybody give me any pointers, tips or help to do this? Thank you and as always all or any information is greatly appreciated!

Hi ​@Kris Strang Happy Thursday! I hope you’re having a good one so far. I don’t believe we have an integration with X’s pixel, however, ​@Grace does VideoAsk have an integration with Google Tag Manager so that they could add that pixel? 

Hey ​@Liz ​@Kris Strang yep you can integrate with GTM if that would help? Here’s the article on getting it set up. I haven’t seen anyone connect to X’s pixel, but maybe someone here can offer some more advice!

When I go to connect to google sheets this pop up comes up.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

 

Hi ​@Kris Strang It might be because of the issue mentioned below!

If that doesn’t solve it, the support team might be able to look at the errors on the backend to narrow down exactly why.
