Error Message Upon Attempted Form Duplication: "Oops, something went wrong!"


Primary Issue: Suddenly, upon attempting to duplicate a form, I get an error message at the bottom of the screen stating: “Oops, something went wrong!” How do I fix this?

Secondary Issue: I can’t find Typeform’s customer support number. Also, when I try to access support generally, I am prompted to log in. When I log in and then click on “Help Center,” it logs me back out. A vicious cycle! Any help?

@Duser  @insiderman00  - i am not experiencing these issues as at 7am eastern time. there is nothing on the status.typeform.com site about any issue - there is planned maintenance for the 13th but not today

best to raise support ticket at this link as there is no phone support offered by Typeform

i have this problem too. And cannot create new form
