Hello-

 

My account seems to have closed a few days submitting payment for upgraded features. when trying to access my account it asked me to signup for a new account. Email reset does not work either. There was a significant amount of information/data that has been lost. Please help.

Hello, we are facing the same issue. we are a corporate customer (Hansab) and we received invoice with payment deadline for 20 October. Our ongoing customer surveys we cannot reach and our customer support person is not answering. Please help. I have already wrote to the customer support too. It is urgent! Thank you
