Hello, We already have basic account with 100 responses available.
But during next month we will need an upgrade to achieve 500 responses availability.
It´s possíble to updrade the basic account witth the option of 500 responses?
May I downgrade the next months back to 100 again?
Or do I have to upgrade to the Plus account with 1K responses availability?
