Being charged whilst being on a free plan

Does anyone know why, when the account has been moved from paid to free that Typeform continue to take money from my account?

Hi @marksmith900 I would suggest contacting our billing team directly for this since they can log into your account. You can contact them from your account email here.

    SAME HERE, PLEASE HELP. I am a STUDENT, I can’t pay this bill of 240 DOLLARS, I was just trying the product (the plaform), my account was in a free membership, I need help. My credit card was charged and I can’t pay it for God’s love.
