Billing issue


Hello, 

My organization has been been using the professional typeform for a number of years.  Recently our payment was due.  We submitted the payment and I have a receipt that says paid, however our account was changed to basic.  I have submitted 3 support tickets and have not hear back.  I need this resolved ASAP.  How do I get in touch with someone at typeform?

Hello, My issue is still not resolved with the billing department.  I continue to write to support, however their response has not been helpful.  If I could speak with someone I feel this could get fixed quickly.  We have been working on this for over a week.  Thank you
