Hi!
I paid for business plan Sep 26. Typeform has since downgraded me to free (though they did not reverse the charges -- so they took the money just aren’t giving what I paid for.)
A query to their support form yielded no response. Because I paid for business I should be able to contact support directly, but they are not allowing that because I’m not registered in the system as a business user.
I don’t think Typoform is a corrupt organization that would knowingly do this to me, but the process broken somewhere. The situation is:
1.
Paid for business plan 9/26.
2.
Am now listed as free.
3.
No response to support query to address.
4.
No access to support.
We have a project we need to send live. Is there any way around this? Does anybody know of another way to get support from typeform?
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
