Hi there, I am currently not utilising this software and wish to pause, or if not, cancel my subscription as it’s costly for not using. I have a few queries/issues:
- I’m not clear on whether cancelling means you can reinstate and access all your previous data or not
- The help page says to scroll down to see cancellation option, but there is none
- ‘Contact support’ goes nowhere.

Ideally I’d appreciate pausing for now. It’d be great to connect with a real human and get hold of actual customer support.
