Change credit card

Hi,

 

i am trying to change the payment to a new credit card. But I can't seem to change it. When I enter the new numbers, a master card pop-up shows en it just goes back to the page without changing the credit card details. I am on a professional plan.

Hi @Opzoomer Mee What browser/device are you using to add the card information? Additionally, is it a credit or debit card (and not a pre-paid card)?
