I had the same problem. It's a terrible issue for a supposedly reliable company. They lack responsiveness, support, and proper functioning. They're good at sales and marketing, but not at delivering. The lack of support is really scary. I'm looking for other options now. What else can unhappy customers like me do?

Worst part?  I have to visit community pages in hope of getting some support through Typeform.
