Charges after account cancellation

Hi everyone,

 

I canceled my VideoAsk account, but I’ve noticed I’m still being charged even after the cancellation. Has anyone else experienced this?

 

I’d like to understand if this is an isolated case or if there’s something else I need to do besides canceling through the platform. Any tips or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
