Contact person from Typeform

That's what I did, I entered a question in this form:

1. Help
2. →Contact
3. →Billing (Subscription, Cancellation, Payment issues..)

But the only reply I got, was a recommendation to reach out to the Typeform community. Is it impossible to get access to a name easily? 

Hi @matjoh That might have been the default message after first submitting a question, but you’ll still reach a person. Since we can’t access your account in the community, it’s best to wait for someone in the billing team to reach back out to you.
