Any tips or tricks for getting technical/customer support when it is urgent? Submitted ticket this morning and got an automated response but need it resolved by tomorrow.

We use typeform for a conference that has 1000 attendees to solicit feedback. Last time we did this security blocked us due to the number of responses hitting the server at the same time.
We were able to get whitelisted when we explained and provided the range of IP addresses. I’m trying to head this off before it happens.Without the Plus Plan, does that mean I’m just in a big fat queue? I have the IP addresses but need to explain to someone the situation.
