How do I change the Owner of the account?


I don’t see the three dots options like the gif showed to remove the owner...please help.

Hi @jennifer Durishin Changing the account owner is a bit different than making someone an admin on the account or changing the workspace owner. You’ll instead need to follow the steps here. Let us know if you run into any issues following these steps!

Hi Liz, it doesn’t work for me. I chose “forgot password” and than it just let me choose a new password and lets me in… I need to change ownership to an organization

Hi @Leora16 Are you the owner of the workspace? Only the owner of the workspace can change its owner.
