How do I chat with typeform?

  1. I am logged into my typeform account and select help center. Link to https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us
  2. I get logged out and at the buttom I find

  3. I log in and get back to where I started. A classic loop. Thats brilliant and entertaining.

But how do I chat with typeform?

Hey @guidowalter thanks for posting! I believe what you're seeing is the new Help Hub. Also accesible here https://www.typeform.com/help/

Regarding step 2, you were not logged out, but the button that says 'Log In' at the top will make you think you're. I know, our bad! 

What plan are you on? You should be able to access chat from the Typeform builder if you have the right plan?

Spoke to the team about this and they clarified how to reach out to support via chat. 

If you hover over the Log In CTA, you should see the the instructions below

In my account I do not see the option.

@guidowalter - Live chat is available if you are on the Business-level plan. if you are not on that plan, it won’t be available to you.

It's as John said, chat is only available to certain plans. What do you need help with anyways? You can try asking here in the community or creating a support ticket. See below how:

 

This is absolutely insane.   I am on the basic plan and need to upgrade because I am out of response limits.  I am receiving an error on the billing page and can’t upgrade. Yet, Livechat isn’t available to livechat to help me upgrade (or receive phone call - I don’t see a number anywhere) because of the plan I’m on.  Do you see the loop of insanity I’m in?  Why are you so inaccessible to your customers?  You’d think you’d want to be available to speak with someone who is looking to pay you to use your services!  I am MAJORLY regretting using Typeform and WILL NEVER use them after this event is over.  This is absolutely insane.

I am in a similar situation as the above individual. I am running into some issues, and I want to resolve those before I upgrade it.
