How to upgrade if the page is under maintenance?

Guys, I understand the 24hr maintenance service on the upgrade page, but how can we reach out to Typeform’s support, or anyone, who can help me to upgrade our license TODAY? :D Live chat bot is not helping. Thank you.

Thanks @Liz , already did that. I was requested to be logged in. I did it (more times), but ended up in my workspace. Probably cache issue? Maybe - however, I don’t think that sending a new support request should be a matter of cache issue. :D 

So all in all, didn’t work. Would you have a phone number / email address which receive my request? Thank you.
