I registered for a free account and was charged a large sum of money. Please help, as I did not want this program!

@Eric Willie - you’ll need to contact the Billing team through the Typeform Support desk. Raise a ticket at this link and the Billing team will help you out.

thank you for the response. I’ve already done so twice, but I have not received a response yet. I hope they receive one tomorrow.

over the weekend, they have skeleton staff on - especially around billing tickets. more technical folks than finance folks. they’ll get to you tomorrow..
