I am reaching out to share a concerning experience I've recently had and to seek advice on how to proceed.
I recently noticed a charge from Typeform on my bank statement. This was surprising as I did not agree to any transactions, nor did I choose or upgrade to a paid plan.
Upon discovering the charge, I promptly contacted Typeform support seeking clarification and a potential refund, but unfortunately, I have not yet received any response. This lack of communication has left me in a difficult position, unsure of the next steps to take to resolve this issue.
Has anyone here experienced something similar? How was it resolved? Any advice on how I can ensure this matter is addressed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help and support.
