Immediate Upgrade


Hi i am trying to upgrade my plan from basic to plus immediately. I subscribed to the annual basic plan, however I want to switch to the plus plan. It says it will not allow me until July of 2023. Is there a solution to this?

The best way for you to solve this is contacting our billing team. You can do so using this link. They'll be able to take a look at your account and fix your problem as soon as possible.
