Hello, 

I sent an email to Typeform Support about 3 weeks ago about an account issue regarding a previous account that i'm trying to get access to. I haven’t heard back and I am wondering if there was someone else who could help me with this problem.

@CV1 - did you send an email or fill in a ticket request at this link?  

my understanding is that they prioritize requests as they come in and the submitted form is the proper path.

I did send in an email, that is why I was curious on response times because it’s been 3 weeks now and no one has gotten back to me.

Hi @CV1 Our support team replied back to your email on Monday. Did you receive that email? If not, you might want to check the spam inbox, as they can sometimes appear there.
