I swear I setup a form inside on my Microsoft account with Typeform. But, when I look at the forms, I only see one form that’s not the correct one. I still have the URL of the form that I sent out and it’s still live, but I am not sure what account that lives in. Is there a way to find out how to get to the admin account from the public form URL?

Thanks. I did submit a request yesterday with the support team. I have yet to hear back, which is why I posted here in case there’s another way to get to it. The full form is here:
They reached out to me and told me to reset my password. That’s the issue. The only 3 emails that I would use to create an account do not contain this form, so I have no idea what account/email this form is under.
