Moving from annual to monthly subscription

I want to change my subscription so I can just be charged monthly rather than all at once, but it wont let me @Liz . Sent in a support ticket a couple hours ago, but haven’t heard anything. Can’t edit or cancel the outstanding invoice either

Hi @camlachance The best thing to do would be to wait for the response from our support team because they’ll be able to look at the error in the backend for you.
