How might I move several Typeform surveys to completely different account with different login and password. I can’t figure out how to ask a rep at Typeform.

@The Insight Studio - if you raise a help ticket at this link, the Typeform support team can help you do that.. provided that you own both accounts or with the approval of the owner of the target account.
