My account is block and I can´t recover my password

Hello to all,

I have blocked my account due to wrong input of my password.
I have requested to reset it, I get an email from OKTA, I follow the link but it does not lead me to reconfigure it (it leads me to this link https://auth.typeform.com/help/login).

It is urgent and I need to re-enter. Please help :disappointed_relieved:
