No billing confirmation or change of plan from free to basic

Today I changed my plan from free to basic and provided al the needed billing information. I can also find this information in my account setting now. Though, I did not receive a confirmation email of the billing, nor has my plan been changed from free to basic. What can I do?

Hi @Tine Welcome to the community! If the payment was successful, you should have received an email with the invoice. If you haven’t, I would contact our billing team from your account email here to double check that the upgrade was successful and the payment went through.
