Not receiving 2FA code to login

Our staff has be trying to login in for the last few months, but I have not been getting the verification code to login to the business account. And since we cannot login we cannot access the Live Chat for assistance. We tried the support emails but only receive automated responses and no actual help. The payment to our subscription will be affected if we cannot login. HELP

Still have not received a response from support and its been 2 days. I have not been able to login to access the business account and we wanted to upgrade our subscription, but it is not possible . Can you assist , it is very URGENT.
