Notification doesn't work anymore

I have 3 typeforms, notification is active on all of them, however we no longer receive mail when customers fill out the typeforms. We have not changed anything in the settings and the notification button is active.

@Warner Institute - click the gear icon and look for follow-ups.. create a follow up.. 

set your trigger then add the action - email yourself or respondent..

Hi @Bahar_K It might be that the emails have bounced (such as if you had an autoresponder on) and were unsubscribed from notifications. Our support team can take a further look into this here


Hi @Liz ,

I have just completed creating a new survey, however it seems the notifications option in the settings menu has been removed. How do I set these up now as i would like to set up an email notification for when I receive a new response.
