PAID account; can't wait any longer for a response from support

I need this resolved. The provided solution hasn’t worked and we can’t afford to wait another three or four days for a response. Can someone PLEASE revert with a workable solution?

@WAM - unfortunately this is a peer support community, with Typeform staff to assist - based on your other thread where you have already submitted tickets to Typeform Support and they have been in touch (per the info in the other thread), that’s the best and probably only channel who can resolve the issue. 

 

I know that the Community team will escalate back to Support but that the team who should be able to resolve your issue
