Indian government has stopped recurring payments.

Yes - but they could not help.

I am also ok to convert in annual payment without recrurring.

but they are unable to help.

What are hey doing with other Indian customers

This is a big problem and needs urgent attention

Hi @ratneshkjain I asked our support team about this, and they have mentioned that this is because your bank is denying the transaction. You will first need to contact the bank to approve the transaction before they can process it again.
