Problem with billing

Hey. 

I have a problem with biilling to get upgrade my account from free to basic. 

I am in checkout, and i have typed in my information, and then it dosent go through.  

it said: “We are unable to authenticate your payment method, please choose a different payment method and try again.” 

Thankful for some help.
