Problems with payment

Good Afternoon,

 

I have spent the last two days trying to upgrade from the free to the plus plan and am continually being told that the payment has failed and the message I am getting is authentication failed.  we have contacted our bank and they say that the issue is not at their side and they see the charge coming  through however it then tells them it is abandoned.  We need to use this urgently and would appreaciate any support.

Hi @ireland2022 The best thing to do would be to contact our billing team here, as they can look at the error in our payment system. ðŸ˜€
