Hola, necesito su ayuda para cancelar mi plan anual y que se realice el reembolso ya que cuando hice el pago la plataforma indicaba que este será prorrateado durante el tiempo del uso de la plataforma. Pero no fue así y se me cobro el valor total del año en un solo pago. Ahora mi tarjeta esta vacía, por favor su ayuda con la cancelación y reembolso.

 

Hello, I need your help to cancel my annual plan and have the refund made since when I made the payment the platform indicated that it will be prorated during the time of use of the platform.
