I have been charged for a full year subscription, to which I never received prior notification. I was under the impression that my subscription was already cancelled, and to my surprise my credit card gets billed over $400, I made a request to get a refund.
Does anyone know if the refund will be issued? Today is January 15, 2024, the same day that my subscription renews, I have not used typeform for the entire year, and I do not plan to use it, nor do I expect any responses. It would only make sense that I get a refund, otherwise it would feel like stealing. someone help if they know the answer.
