Refund yearly subscription

Hi Typeform Team,

 

I have an urgent request. I failed to turn off auto renew. Acct renewed on 19 OCT. It is a business/military account and I did not receive permission for another year.

 

Are you willing to cancel my subscription and refund yearly dues? Thank you so much- your service has been great!
