Can I create custom (personal) links for managers to collect feedbacks? We plan to use questionnaires for the call center via CRM (not in the list of available ones). After the call, a questionnaire is sent to the client. We need to see whose client completed the survey, is it possible with Typeform?

Hi, Liz,

Seems, found solution by the means of using new personalized workspace, thus, we will create new link and check results within this workplace.

We are using Back office crm.

Hi @AlexPol Welcome to the community! It isn’t exactly possible to create multiple custom links per form, but you could use hidden fields to pass the data into the form, which would thus customize it per person.

If you don’t mind sharing which CRM you’re using, I can share a bit more step-by-step instructions on this!
