I recently discovered that $572 was automatically deducted from my credit card for the annual basic plan renewal. I did not intend to subscribe to the annual plan, and I did not receive any warning email or notification prior to the charge.
This amount is significantly more than my monthly salary, and I cannot afford it. I kindly request you to cancel the plan and process a full refund as soon as possible.
