Hello,

I recently discovered that $572 was automatically deducted from my credit card for the annual basic plan renewal. I did not intend to subscribe to the annual plan, and I did not receive any warning email or notification prior to the charge.

This amount is significantly more than my monthly salary, and I cannot afford it. I kindly request you to cancel the plan and process a full refund as soon as possible.

Hi ​@aksnaresh Thanks for stopping the community. Our subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel the plan. In this case, it would be best to contact our support team here, as they have access to your account and billing.
