Dear Typeform, I am still unclear about how to go about receiving a refund for a cancelled account. I have already cancelled the account in the appropriate place on line - but there is no way to request a refund or, indeed, communicate directly with anyone at Typeform. So my request is simple - can anyone provide me with a direct email address or a working telephone number in order to proceed. Otherwise I shall have to out this in the hands of my solicitors.

raise the support ticket with Billing at this link… about all you can do .. this is not the “official Typeform Support site”…
