Switching payment option from yearly to monthly

Hi there,

I recently signed up for yearly Premium subscription (Feb 17, 2021) but I'm wondering if it's possible to switch this to monthly subscription instead. 

I’d like to cancel the yearly subscription, receive a refund, and sign up for Premium plan but in monthly payment. 

Is it possible for me to receive a refund if I cancel now? Or would this result in no refund, but access to Premium plan available for another year? 

Is there any way for the system to switch this my account’s payment option from yearly to monthly at all without cancelling the payment plan?
