This email address is already associated with an account


Hi,

I am trying to change my email address, and I received the following automated response: 

“This email address is already associated with an account.”

So I assume this is my fault for creating two accounts. The old email address has my type form info, and I want to associate that with my new email address.

Please advise.

Hi There, This Has Happened To Me Several Times, I Forget I've Signed Up To A Site And Then You Try To Get Onto The Site It Says: Email Already In Use. What I've Had To Do In The Past Is Go Down To Unsubscribe And Make Another Account. It's So Frustrating  But That Is What I Done. I Hope This Helps.

Hi Liz,

No not yet.

I was going to do what Gabi suggested but, I am not sure if that means I have to rebuild everything I’ve already done.
