Trouble accessing my account

I recently updated my payment details, but every time I try to log in it continues to ask me to update that information. I update all of it, try to navigate to the workspace and it pushes me back to the payment details page. Like a vicious circle. Has anyone dealt with this before?

@amyzelin - suggest you raise a ticket with Typeform Support at this link - they should be able to look into it..

Hi @amyzelin if you're into your account but can't access pages such as My Account and My Orders, you'll need to check that you device clock is accurate, for security reasons, if your device clock is fast, you won't able to access your my account page visit team members for more assistant as my friend @Liz
