Trying to switch from google login to password based

I’m trying to switch to using a password and email login but each time I try to use this

“Your email and password are currently linked to a social account

Set a new password”

I get taken to a sign in screen and get this error.

“Access to this application is denied due to a policy.”

How can I fix this?
