Hi there Typeform Community,
Hoping someone can shed some much needed light for me :)
After doing several upgrades to my plan this morning after saying I had used up my monthly response limit, which meant me lead gen forms were closed, - I am now on the PLUS for 1K responses - I still cannot publish my typeforms, or take any more responses, and my responses are well below 250!
All forms are set to "Private" and telling me I have reached my limit of 250, and that I need to upgrade. So frustrating.
Please help!
This is very bad for our business.
Please help ASAP!

suggest you raise a ticket with Typeform Support (the official support channel) using this link - they will get you sorted ….. sometimes there is a lag in the system as it doesn’t seem to be auto-implementing these ‘upgrades’ …
the Support team can check under the hood on your account whereas the Typeform advocates in here don’t have that access.
