Unable To Upgrade!

Ive been attempting to upgrade my membership for two days and I continuously get an error message stating,”It looks like your card does not support this type of purchase. Please use another one.” 

Ive contacted my bank twice and they told me the issue is not on their end. They said the payment isn’t showing up at all. Need some help!

Hi @LimitLessLyfe Welcome to the community and sorry to hear about the troubles upgrading. Are you using one of our approved payment methods here? Additionally, if the card is pre-paid, you’ll receive this error. 

If you are using a card we accept and still seeing this error, our billing team can help look into this further. You can contact them through your account email here

Thanks for your response but no its not a prepaid card and it is a card you accept.

In that case, I would definitely suggest contacting our billing team through the link above. They’ll be able to view the error in more detail through our payment system.
