Unsubscribe From Paid Plan

I have been trying to access the settings tab on my account for two days now to unsubsrcibe from my payment plan before I am charged for the next month that I do not want.

However, it has been stuck on the loading screen for hours on both days and multiple devices. I do not want to be charged again so need to solve this fast.
