Upgrade button is missing

Hi there.

Posting this question on behalf of @OXO who said he asked the community but I can’t really find his topic anywhere.

I would like to upgrade. From basic to the next lever There is no upgrade button when I sign in

OXO, this article should explain it all about upgrading. Can’t you see the button?

Would be great if you could share a screenshot so we can ‘see’ what’s going on.
