VAT number on buy plan

Hi,

 

Impossible to upgrade because of a VAT number Issue…

Impossible to connect to the Type Fome help center because it doesn’t recognize the login/passw.

And I validated the payment ! the vat issue appeared after payment.

How can I do to fix this ?
